Plus we also do at least one night auto blocks on either side of a guest booking to be extra safe and more time to clean, So you will not stay in an apartment the same day that another guest has left.

Medium size at 55 square meters in size . So it is much more spacious than a standard hotel room.

Apartment 5 – Harbour Master Apartment –
not currently available for holiday bookings as builders putting in new ceiling and sound insulation
Absolute waterfront. Windows overlook the Jetty and Bay . Just 4 meters from the beach.
You Could fish from your window at high tide. If the windows were removed. 72 square meter in size.
One private bedroom with one queen bed. Extra Single bed in the large living room area . Air conditioner in front living/dining room 3 Seater Leather Lounge, 5 piece Dining Table. Washing machine/ Shower.This apartment has a Galley style Hafele Principle Kitchen with Electric Oven and Gas Cooktop. Dishwasher Microwave. Fan in the private bedrrom. Standard TV. Wi Fi – Starlink Wi Fi so good Speeds.
Nore – Apartment 5 does not have an outside table setting or an outside BBQ like our largest apartments numbers 1,2 and 6 have. Just the spacious front living- dining room with many glass windows and full Hafele Principal kitchen.
Not yet a reserved parking sign for apartment 5 but guest car can park near the retaining wall/red cones under development. About 7 metres from the apartment on the waterfront and within view of the many apartments windows. Pictures below show this temppoaray parking spot with a white sport-wagon parked. (in future will be another 4 parking spots once a retaining wall is finished)
Apartment 4- First Mate Apartment – Brand new
Our smallest apartment but still much larger than a hotel room. With a Principal Hafele kitchen with gas oven and gas hot plate. Microwave and kitchen utensils plus a dishwasher.
Plus Separate large bathroom with washing machine, and shower.
One queen bed . Walk in Robe,

Perfect for those who do not need as much room. Or ideal for sales reps on a work budget. Who want a apartment near the beachfront and the centre of town.
Limited water views. You can only see part of the Streaky Bay Jetty from your front door and windows.
No large outside veranda and no outside BBQ like most of our other larger apartments – but you are only 8 seconds walk to the beachfront.
Apartment 3 – (Pirates Cave Apartment) – Not available for Holiday Rental – as fully booked out with longer term guest.

Main Driveway/Walk Way is next to Drift Cafe at 34 Alfred Terrace
Booked Guests can Follow the signs and arrows down the driveway towards the beachside and apartments..
- Keys are picked up from Becks Sip n Save Wine Cellar at nearby 30 -32 Alfred Tce or if arriving after hours we can make other key arrangements.
- Each apartment has a brushed silver sign with apartment number and name.
- Parking – Each apartment has a sign saying Reserved Parking with your Apartment number.
- Extra Vehicles will be able to park in the area saying Guest Parking once retainign wall is completed.
